Terms & Conditions

These terms cover every website project I take on. They exist so both sides know exactly what is included, what it costs, and what happens when something changes.

1.Pricing

  • Portfolio websites start at ₹15,000 for a standard 5–7 page site.
  • Standard portfolio package showcases up to 5 best projects. Every additional project beyond 5 costs ₹500 each, billed separately.
  • Ecommerce/D2C businesses start at ₹25,000, including up to 50 products (client sends product listings).
  • All projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin work. Remaining 50% due upon approval of final deliverable, before launch.
  • Hosting, domain, and third-party tools are not included and must be purchased separately by the client.

2.Payment Terms

  • INR, exclusive of taxes.
  • Bank transfer or UPI only.
  • Late payments: 5% fee per week overdue.

3.Project Scope

  • Standard package: 5–7 pages, responsive design, basic on-page SEO, contact form.
  • Before final deployment: unlimited revisions and calls until the client is 100% satisfied — no charge.
  • After final deployment: see Section 5.
  • Client provides all content (copy, images, logos) in digital format.
  • All materials (3D models, images, videos, project photos) must be sent organized by project/category, via WhatsApp or Google Drive — unsorted bundles may delay the timeline.
  • Sahil isn't responsible for delays caused by the client failing to provide content or feedback on time.

4.Design Process

  • Kickoff conversation → homepage concept for approval → interior pages → feedback implemented → final approval before development.

5.Development, Launch & Post-Launch Support

  • Built with Next.js, React and Tailwind, hand-coded from scratch.
  • 30-day bug-fix warranty from launch (code issues only — site down, broken functionality).
  • 1-month free revisions period starts at final handover (separate from the unlimited pre-launch revisions): 2 free revisions included, for example adding photos/videos or copy tweaks. After that, ₹500 per additional change, during or after the month.
  • Ongoing maintenance beyond that: hourly rate, agreed separately.

5a.Client Responsiveness & Non-Payment Protection

  • Site shown on a staging link during development; live domain connected only after final payment.
  • Client unresponsive for 10+ days → advance becomes non-refundable, non-negotiable.
  • Client returns after 10+ days of silence → ₹1,000 continuation fee to resume work.
  • If a client knows in advance they'll be busy, they should say so — this avoids the clause above.

5b.Delivery Timeline

  • First full draft within 5 days of receiving categorized content.
  • Client approves or requests changes; review calls scheduled by mutual availability.
  • Full delivery targeted around 10 days if feedback keeps moving — depends heavily on client responsiveness.

5c.Domain & Hosting

  • Always registered in the client's own name and details — the client fully owns it.
  • Client pays for domain and hosting directly.
  • Sahil handles full technical setup at no extra charge once paid and given registration details.

6.Intellectual Property

  • Client owns all rights to the final site upon final payment.
  • Sahil retains the right to showcase the project in his own portfolio and marketing.
  • Sahil retains ownership of drafts, concepts and source not included in the final delivered site.

7.Cancellation & Refunds

  • Client cancels after work begins → 50% deposit non-refundable.
  • Sahil unable to complete the project through his own fault → refund proportional to work completed.
  • No refunds for completed work, client delays, content issues, or scope changes.
